Spring Semester Projects, Drama IV

Drama IV Begins a New Chapter in the Study of Performance


By now you should have completed a draft of your reading list. So, create your own blog to track the process! We'll post analysis, discussion, and finalize the nature of your Spring Semester projects, which are ranging from direction to design and everything in between.

How do I create a blog, Mr. Mudge?

Click on the orange "B" blogger logo at the top lefthand side of this screen. You can sign in if you already have a Google account, or you may start from scratch: just click on "create your own blog now." See Mr. Mudge if you already use a different blogging service.

Once you've done so, complete the 3-part assignment below. DUE DATE: THURS 2/21 (25 points)

*NOTE* I recommend that as you follow the prompts that you not make your blog public. select "only people I choose may see this blog. Include Mr. Mudge, your parents and all of your Drama IV classmates. If you don't know their e-mails, ask them!
  • In the order you plan on reading, Post your full reading list. Ideally, you'd post links to the reading in a separate panel. (You should be reading at least one article per week and one play or critical text per two weeks.)
  • Write a short description of your overall research phase. What, exactly, are you researching? More importantly, why?
  • Once you've completed the assignment, send Mr. Mudge an e-mail to let him know. Be sure to tell him the address of the blog. Please name your blog YourLastNameDrama4, just for ease of managing for all of us.
